Returns Policy
K&N Honey offer a 60 day returns policy as we understand that it may take a while for you to open your jar of honey after you receive your order. If you are not happy with your product, please let us know immediately.
We will always replace or refund lost or damaged orders free of charge.
If you've consumed a significant portion of the product before deciding to return it, then we will not accept it as a return.
Replacements and/or refunds will be processed as soon as possible, normally within 14 days of our receipt of the unwanted item(s) or proof of having returned the goods (for example, a proof of postage receipt from the post office), whichever is the sooner.
You will be refunded for the full cost of the product(s) as well as any original shipping fees paid.
The time that it takes for your refund to be processed and clear in your account may vary depending on your banking/payment provider. If you have any problems with your refund, please let contact us.
If you have purchased multiple items we will only able to accept return of the entire order and not individual items from the order.
We will pay for all returned item postage costs. (Please contact us above to arrange return delivery. We cannot refund your delivery costs if you send the products back to us by yourself)
